Write a ReviewGreat job. Nick was fantastic.
Thanks for the feedback Bob! We will pass along the word to Nick.
The cost seemed to be far too high!
Hi Thomas, thank you for choosing Service Professor. Our technician arrives with a fully stocked truck and is able to tackle nearly any project immediately. Before starting a project we provide up-front transparent pricing with multiple solutions to your problem. There is no pressure to choose any of these so you can choose the option that works for you, even if that means we leave without doing the project.
Great communication. Quick scheduling
Thanks for the kind words Mallorie!
I should have gotten other bids. The cost was way too high for the amount of work done.

There is no pressure to choose any of these so you can choose the option that works for you, even if that means we leave without doing the project. We appreciate your business and hope you give us a chance to wow you with our five star service again.
They responded quickly and got the job done. I thought the price was too high, but I had a leak that had to be fixed immediately.
Hi Lynn, glad we could get you back in service!
The work was first rate and the technician stayed late to complete the project. I was waiting to submit the review until after the inspection took place. Inspection has finally passed with no issues. I initially wanted to replace two 40-gallon water heaters with a tank-less system but the quote for the job was too high to get done ($4892). Instead, I replaced two 40-gallon water heaters and had to add a chimney liner to meet code. According to Home Advisor the cost should range from "Getting a new unit all-together will be $750-$1,300". Service Professor charges $1533 per water heater. I would give them a 5 star rating for the work and effort put out but only 3 stars for their costs. I had one leaking heater already and guests coming in a few days. I went ahead with the job despite the pricing. Had I been in a different situation I probably would have shopped around for a better price.
Hi Michael, thank you for choosing Service Professor! We are glad we could get your water heaters installed before your guests arrived!
We really liked that they were able to fix the leaking water line the same day we called. The worker was pleasant and the job well done. Even with the senior discount the price was too high for us to get other necessary work done at this time. It's not likely we will call them again because of the high cost!
