Punctual, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. I like the extra care taken with the door mat and shoe booties to keep my premises clean. I would definitely hire them again.

I'm 74 years old. Over the years I've had to deal with numerous contractors for one thing or another. Service Professor was far and away the best, most pleasant experience I have ever had with a contractor. Bar none! And it wasn't even close!

Commission. They all work on commission. Which means that in the end, they're not looking out for you as much as they're looking out for themselves. Case in point- after they removed a clog they quoted me 15K to fix my long-term problem, had a second opinion; long-term problem fixed for $349. McDonald Plumbing; they get paid hourly.

Did it cost $200 to fix a leaky faucet $50 for the part $50 to show up for an estimate, $300 to replace a leaky faucet seems a little bit high for me I would not recommend this company or any company that charges.
