The plumber appeared as though he was not confident in what he was doing. Repair of the entire of one commode was done using parts that were not what is recommended but seemingly done with what he felt would work best. However, not compatible with the lever and arm.

The faucet I bought didn’t fit, so there was no install. Jonathan found one on Amazon and I bought it. He will come back on Thursday to install it.

The Service Professor Representative Mr Tim Voskuhl was the consummate Professional. He identified the problem immediately and provided a number of viable options. Tim went above and beyond expectations by cutting thru some ceramic tile so that the new toilet would fit. His customer service was exceptional and we decided based on this service, we would consider Service Professor on future house improvement needs. What a great experience!!

This was my first using not only Home Advisor, but Service Professor. I was recommended by a friend and both did not disappoint. SP called mean almost immediately after my search on HA and Betsy thoroughly explained how their service worked. I scheduled the appointment online after discussing with my husband, and the electrician (Brian) came out here the very next day. We were up and running in no time. All in all it was a rest experience and we will gladly be using both again!

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
