Brad is a knowledgeable HVAC technician. He explained the problem he found and fixed our furnace in a timely manner. Service Professor has done a lot of work at our older home that we just moved into. They have become part of our family. This is a great company to do business with. They stand behind their work.

Tim Voskuhl was an excellent resource on his area of expertise. His tremendous character put me at ease. I found him to be open and transparent. He explained all my options very well and I never felt pressured . The trust he generated caused me to freely chose an option I wanted. All the men and women who work for Service Professor have this quality of putting the customer FRIST!

Each time that I have used Service Professor for various projects in my home they have always been thorough and complete. On this last visit for duct cleaning they actually informed me of what I did not need done and showed me what was needed. Excellent customer service and work!
