Hired these guys to replace a hot water heater. While unpacking it in the driveway, a careless installer threw the packaging material and it landed on our car, denting the hood. They immediately acknowledged what they had done, called their office, spoke to someone named Dave, who reportedly advised us they would take care of the damage and would be in touch soon to make arrangements for repairs. That was the last time we heard from these clowns. "Dave", whoever he is, never called back, and failed to return numerous phone calls. In other words, he ghosted us. Bottom line on these morons - hell will freeze over long before I'll ever use them again.

The worst experience ever!!! I would never recommend. They installed a generator a year and a half ago. Power outage in middle of winter. My 94 year mother in law lives with us. No one could come out right away. We have had several power outages since this has been installed. NEVER has it worked. The tech told my husband what size to go with. Now they say it is too small for our house!!!! A manager told my husband just to sell that one. And they can charge us for a bigger size!!! $11,000 is what we paid for that one. dollars later!!! Now today is June 21th 2025 And we have a power outage. and I have asthma very hot day out. So I call again and the lady tells me well we need to do a year check up. And they have to charge us for it. MORE Money for something that NEVER has worked!!! So sounds like I need to get lawyer involved!!!

There service Technician came out to diagnose my malfunctioning furnace and said he would have to red tag my furnace because the heat exchanger was cracked, I could no longer use it. after the furnace was removed so they could install the new one I took it apart to check for cracks I found none. however, in the process I found a dead bird in the combustion air pipe that was causing the malfunction a simple fix remove bird, and it would have been fine. instead, it cost me $6500 for a furnace I really did not need. I Contacted the service manager who gave me nothing but grief. I will not do any new business with them.

We struggled for a long time with the idea that we had to update the electrical panel and who to call. Service Professor came out and put everything together in writing. We had a couple other small companies come out to but never really heard anything back. So happy to have this big project done!! Nate and his crew were amazing! I will definitely keep them in mind when doing any further work! Thank you all!
