Tim was on time and very helpful by providing a number of quoted options to help with my plumbing project along with potential other projects. Tim was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, very kind to my small dog, and kept me up to speed on how the project was going and looking. He left the basement area clean afterward and double checked all the work with me before leaving. Overall I would definitely recommend Service Professor and Tim for work in the future. Great team and great work.

Tim was very thorough and transparent about costs. Super knowledgeable and even offered DIY advice for other projects he saw we were working on. Will definitely use them again in the future.

very friendly , explains what they are doing, takes effort to keep things clean while working and cleans up afterword. Only found one little bit of water that I think came out of a hose or water heater when leaving. 2 second clean up

Got ripped off! Paid $600 to reinstall a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal- no new fixtures necessary. It took Adam less than two hours to complete the job!! Never again!!!
