Bruce G, James K, and Michael P did an excellent job. They worked fast, were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and crew.

1-year later: Basement water remains with heavy moisture permeating up from the parameter trough onto the foundation block walls! On February 28, 2022 "Foundation Systems of Michigan" came back out to access basement water damages. They agreed the moisture had not been properly remedied however, they also stated that unfortunately, the contract agreement stipulated the company is not responsible for any water or mold growth after the sub-surface parameter drain system was installed! They said there is no 30-day or any warranty other than the transferable warranty! The transferable warranty is useless since the water and moisture has not been evacuated from our basement and it's actually much worse after fake repair! MOLD EVERYWHERE!

Mark B. was very communicative and helpful. Stephen M., Jason M., Julian P., and Noel H. did great work waterproofing our basement. They were super fast and the quality of workmanship was great.

Josh T., Jahmari, Randy H. And Melvin D. did a professional job prepping, jack hammering and removing debris from our basement. Josh T. went above and beyond to make sure all our concerns were taken care of and future appointments were scheduled- I would give him a â  10â  if I could! Great team effort to all four of these employees! Thank you!

Jacob T, Mario M, Miguel F, Emanuel B, and Mario S all did an excellent job. The crew came out on a Saturday. They were professional, polite, hardworking, and did a great job with clean up! Jake the foreman ensured all questions were answered and was very knowledgeable. I would absolutely use FSM again. The job occurred in a matter of days from the initial contact!

Anthony B, Jordan F, and Tim Q did an excellent job encapsulating our crawlspace, even with the tight spaces. They clearly explained what was being done and graciously answered our questions. We will highly recommend FSM to anyone needing basement or crawlspace work.

I had a number of water management services to be done; basement waterproofing, garage gutters, and cement slab raising. They are one the local companies that do it all! Each one of their teams were very professional and respectful of my property. They even went above and beyond by taking care of additional issues they noticed while doing the work they were contracted for...at no additional cost. They are definitely a company I would hire again and recommend to others!

Not well the crews they sent out were great. Office staff not so much not very helpful. I was told the ran out of materials. And it would be a week to 10 days to get. Apparently they forgot about it because I had to call them to find out what was going on. That was 45 days later. First person I talked to thought it was already completed . It was not needless to say I cancelled the extras on the job
