From Mark who did estimate to JT and his crew (DeShawn, Michael C, Calvin G) itvwad a great experience. The crew was professional. I was treated with respect. Everything was explained very well. They were on time and worked efficiently. They cleaned up when finished. If they were unsure of something I was asked. I would have this crew again.

They did not drill the blocks to allow water out of the walls. The concrete work was not level in any real fashion I had to grind most of there work to put flooring down.

Was really nice to be treated with respect. Jalen (JT) always wanted to make sure that I understood everything they were doing. At one point , before continuing, Jalen had to take a Step back to assist a complication to make sure the right way to continue. I respect that very much. His co Denzel and also Cody worked so well together. Great job guys . Michelle

Did not drill the block to allow the water out which is what they were paid to do. Did not level their concrete work. $12k later and I still have water coming through my walls.

Did not need this service, but they said I did. Went ahead and use them, come to find out I had a busted water line and not what they said. Very little communication and took longer than what they said. Way over priced for what I have.

Our salesman, Dale, explained everything clearly, including the reasons for the approach they took to our problem. The crew (Marco, Mario, and Noel) was punctual, polite, and efficient. They cleaned up well when the job was done. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

We had arranged with Foundation Systems of Michigan to perform foundation work on the outside of our house but the day that work was to be performed we were informed that they would have to work in our basement not outside because they could not get their equipment in. What was performed did work on the foundation but that work messed up our exterior water proofing system and we now have water coming into our basement every time we have a good size rain fall. We had Foundation Systems in regarding this issue and they just what to sell us on their interior water proofing. We had three other companies come in and look into our issue and re-directed us to back to the company that did the foundation work.
