OMG!!!! Thank you, Jacob S, Martin H, Dewayne L Alex K & Rich Z. These guys took care of business. They saw my concerns about the previous work and jumped right into action to explain what was going and what needed to be done. i was so impressed with this team. They took their time to explore the entire area that needed repaired and provided details of what would need to be done. Thank you, guys, for everything, its very rare to find work crews who are dedicated and honest!

These people give you a quote, then bug the crap outa ya until u say yes. Then you get about 6 hrs of labor, crooked walls, floors never straightened, and they remove your plumbing. Been trying to contact them for months now with no response. Even my lawyer can't get straight answers. Court date isn't set yet, but subpoena's have been sent. I do not recommend this company at all. Some sheet steel and spray foam =$17k After pricing it, I'd be around 4k for the little work they did.

I can’t say enough great things about FSM]! Shawn , my inspector did a very through job and pointed out things that no one else had to me. I had Miguel and Jose for the actual job. They did an absolutely amazing job on my basement, going above and beyond not just for the project but for me personally. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. My basement looks fantastic, and I’m so grateful for their hard work and care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service!

Quentin H, Anthony H, Jordan S, Matt M did a good job communicating how the project would go about and offering options that works best for the situation. They are professional and cordial workers.

We hired FSM Grand Rapids to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM Grand Rapids for any of your foundation work!

When working with different individuals, you don't know what you will get. What I got was perfect customer service. Forman Jalen T (JT), Deshawn, Michael C, Dalvin G and Michael B was being outstanding. They took their time to make sure the work was to my level of OCD expectations. They answered all of my questions, even the ones I repeated, and the work that that did for us was 100% quality work. This is a company/crew you can count on.
