They do high quality work and other people who have come to do work in the crawl have said that it's the best looking job they've seen and they were very responsive. The workers were good.

Response from Company:

Thank you for taking time to write about your experience. The best compliment we can receive is regarding our high workmanship. Thank you for the review.

Their sales rep was polite and knowledgeable. Their work crew were the same. They quickly shored up the wall to prevent its falling. Then, after a few weeks, they returned and completed the work needed. It's been roughly six months since the job was completed and I'm well satisfied. They did not waterproof but that was my choice as it would have raised the final cost.

Response from Company:

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our company. I am delighted the job went well, thanks to the service provided by our inspector and crewmembers. They are excellent members of our team and we are lucky to have them!

It went very well. The leader of the crew called me everyday to let me know when they would arrive. He also took time to describe the differences between what he was going to do versus what the sales guy pitched. There are always differences. My only complaint was as follows: I specifically asked the sales rep with 15 years experience about how they would work around my ducts that are under the basement floor. He said not a problem. They were a problem for the crew. The helpful and professional crew leader walked me through options and while it did cost a few hundred dollars more I was satisfied. Always have a contingency budget. The B below is specific to the Sales team incident and not the construction crew, who were top notch.

They did an excellent job. We have very hard clay ground and they really had to work to get the ground ready and it took them a lot of time in just drilling. I felt bad for them because of how hard the ground was. We were quoted a two day time frame and they finished on time and took the time to work with us and make the adjustments that we wanted done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them if you need foundation work done.

Response from Company:

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our company. We are so happy our crews met your expectations and I will share your comments with the team. We thrive off reviews such as yours; after all, it is customers like you that sustain our business.

Initial install good. Cleaned up, on time. BUT I had never had a primary sump failure. They put in their crock and their primary pump. This primary pump failed. I believe a year and a half ago. Flooded my basement as they didn't put an straight hook up on the charging system and the water tripped the plug. Now again it appears that this has happened again. (PRIMARY PUMP FALURE) Its been two years since the last falure and ruination on my basement. Now my basement is flooded again. I called Friday. left message. No one called me back until Monday. And I was unable to actually reach a real person in 4 tries. Finally talked with Megan. Informed me that they do not have any emergency number or way to reach anyone immediately if their system fails. AND NOW they can't even come and look at it until Wednesday. This is totally insane. Am I supposed to call a third party? Or let my house be ruined each time their system fails. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. UPDATE: I am happy to report that Foundation Systems Management came out and fixed my system. The manager came out personally and explained everything and updated my system and provided me with information to help keep my system running more efficiently. Thank you FSM for helping me and giving me info and replacing the malfunctioning parts. Will do busness again.

No hiccups. Job performed as spec'ed. Price a little hiring than a handy man quoted, but I wanted a professional outfit to perform the job

The crack leak was address as agreed upon but they had to disconnect my sub-pump and did not reconnect it correctly and it spayed water all over the basement until I discovered the issue and fixed it myself, The repair was different than other bids in that they added a barrier to the crack to drain the water into the drain tile system. This a more expensive process than the typical method of filling the crack. The reasons they gave for this were sound and I think a better overall solution. They added a new discharge drain pipe for my pump. First they had the pipe flowing up hill so I called the office to get them to change it so the water would not gather and possibly freeze by the house. Next they left the current discharge open and just covered it with dirt which left a hole in the yard. They did come out and cover it up, but should have done it as part of the original effort..

Response from Company:

Thank you for taking time to provide us with your feedback. We apologize we did not provide you exceptional service. Thank you for speaking with our inspections manager and allowing us the opportunity to make this right.
