Went extremely smooth. Very professional crew!

Sales person was professional and prompt. His recommendations were accurate and I have not had a problem with water in the basement since the installation. He was correct with the scope of work. The installation took several days based upon not having enough bodies to do the pvc ditch work; hence the C rating on punctuality. HOWEVER, the young man who did do the digging was EXTREMELY professional and did a great job. It has taken me months to do this survey, but HE was the highlight of the work and I was very pleased with how his curtsy and diligent work. Gutters were good, but the crew had to come back once for caulk that was mis-applied and caused leaking in two joints. My service rep was very good as well. She responded to my calls and concerns right away and ensured crews came back. All and all, very good employees (esp. the man who put in the pvc drainage), but the fact crews had to come back on several occasions made the job frustrating.

Great customer service and I like that you warranty your work, it gives me piece of mind when finishing my basement. My estimator knew what he was talking about. The crew of 3 showed up on time and went right to work. They covered and taped everything off so the dust would be contained, even smoke detectors. They were done with most of the jack hammering by lunch time. If i had to mention something that they could improve on it would be the clean up after they came back and cemented everything over.

All went well. Great company to deal with. We asked around and their name came up several times. Crew was prompt, polite and professional. It's a tough, dirty job; yet I heard no complaints from them. Our project was done in a day.

The installation crew was very professional and kept me updated with the progress of the completed work. Completed work included: Installation, City inspection and approval, Electrician for the dedicated line for the sump pump and finished with concrete. I was responsible for having the plumber come in to disconnect and reinstall hot water tank and laundry tub. Quite a big job that went very smoothly.

Foundation Systems of Michigan did a excellent and professional job at a reasonable price in addressing the water issues in my basement. They are a very honest and knowledgable company. I had the work done about 6 years ago and have not had any water or moisture issues since. I had gotten 4 estimates from different companies prior to selecting Foundation Systems of Michigan to do the work, all of which were much higher and involved a lot more tear up of my home. FSM did not try to sell me more than what they truly thought I needed to take care of the problem, unlike some of the others companies. It was a great relief to find such a honest, capable and reasonable company to work with when there are so many others out there that take advantage of folks ignorance. I have recommended them to others who have also been extremely happy with their work.

The work was outstanding and the people performing the work were equally outstanding, professional and personable. This organization is absolutely the best!
