We were not happy with the first installation and they went above and beyond to correct it. We were very impressed with the crew (the guys who actually do the work) who showed up on time, were polite and very hard working. We now have a beautiful, clean space perfect for storing seasonal decor.

We did not know that they had pierced the sewer line when drilling the piers and caused sewage to flush under the garage. The garage slab has cracked and sloping towards a sinkhole created by sewage and storm water washing away the soil. Water backup into the house has created a dangerous situation, and, despite having multiple plumbers to verify where the problem was using a locator service as well and FSM sending techs out, they responded that they had no responsibility for the damage or offer to repair it. They gladly took our money and now we will be out thousands more to fix it. Very upset at the result and would not recommend given the experience.

The work they did has taken care of our water issues which has made those spaces usable and is helping to protect the integrity of the foundation of our home. They have their headquarters in Livonia and an office and operation in Traverse City as well. Our service was done out of the Traverse City office which services the Northern Lower and Eastern Upper Peninsulas. We were provided with a team that included an initial Inspector who supplied us with a free estimate, engineering and project specifications and a contract, an Installation Crew who performed the work specified in the contract, and a Customer Experience Advocate (CEA) who helped coordinate the effort and follow-up. I did not have to contact them after we contracted for the work as they reached out to us for verification of every component of the job. I was contacted by the CEA the week before the job was scheduled for verification and confirmation, phoned during the days work was being performed to check on our satisfaction and have been contacted since the work was done to be certain that everything was functioning as designed. The entire team including the initial inspector (Jim), the installation crew (foreman Mike), and CEA (Shonda) were professional, well trained and personable. If I should need any work performed that is within their realm of expertise they will get my business.

Finished in 1 day. Workers explained everything and cleaned area up when done. Repoured cement that was broken to dig holes around porch and in garage. Looks good.
