I worked closely with Marc Bey. Heâ s very knowledgeable about the company and answered all my questions with answers I wanted to hear as well as putting my mind at ease. The money is worth every penny.

They are not the people I hired. Had a bad experience with them.

The entire process was professional and painless. They showed up when they said they would show up and they did the work and explained the entire process in detail. We had a three person crew Miguel A., Noel G., and DeMarco P. On the job site for my mothers house who is 88 years old. They were so kind and made sure to keep her updated on what was going on. Took a lot of pictures to show her because they knew she could not get underneath to look at her house. They were an awesome crew!

Joe and James were polite and on time! Joe was extremely thorough and wanted to make sure he was doing the job expected. James was helpful. They were clean. Some young men smell of pot or look like they have not shaved or showered recently. NOT these two. Joe and James were professional in manner and how they carried themselves. They looked me in the eye when answerung my questions. I would highly recommend. This was for a job done June 2, 2023, in Maumee.

Keith Haddix spent an hour, thoroughly inspecting interior, basement and exterior of house. Recommend nothing be done at this time and to monitor the situation with a humidifier. In the next few years, when work actually needs to be done, I highly recommend Keith. professional, kind, honest, and caring.

Great quality for the price. Joe M and James O were very professional and quick. They finished the project quicker than expected. Would recommend.

I paid almost 35k, and yes they said they had to remove drywall but if I would of known electrical outlets and wiring would be hanging all over the place I would of reconsidered a different company or method. And when you call they said they would contact team supervisor and I never got a call back. I also had this company install a whole house generator and had to have parts replaced within a week. Very inconsiderate for other people's properties. Now I have to hire a drywall guy and a electrician. That's another 12-15k. Definitely will not recommend. Big headache.

We recently had FMS work on doing a full crawl space encapsulation on an investment property and had an absolutely amazing experience working with Andy H. to help us get set up with the best plan to ensure that our crawlspace would receive the best configuration to ensure years of hassle-free maintenance. We then had an absolutely amazing group of guys (Jacob S, Jon M, Nick J) come out and install it with amazing speed and efficiency. Upon completion, we were both blown away at how good of a job they did and also just the sheer quality and workmanship that they put into it. If we ever have any more properties with crawl spaces in the future, we will for sure be reaching back out to FSM!
