Our previous weep tile was failing and, in May 2017, FSM came to put in a gutter and tile system inside our basement on the floor. A messy job but they kept the dust down better than I would've imagined and were done in less than half a day. Very professional In December 2017 they came back to put 3 anchors on one wall that had cracked due to the City of Midland's storm sewer backing up in our basements. This time it was a different team but they were just as efficient and professional as the first team. A great bunch of employees. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. But sure hope we don't have to!!!

I go the Triple Safe sump pump systems. They were on time, professional, and clean. The workmanship and the product was excellent. They use Zoeller sump pumps, they are the best.

Not good. I still have musty smells emanating into my living area and am heartsick. I have had FSM out several times and they tell me that I need a fan, or needed to paint my beams with KILZ - conveniently his father did that work on the side. However, there is no mold on the beams, so what would painting accomplish? FSM has not done anything to mitigate the problem. What? If I needed a fan then they SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME at the time of installation, and included it. I never had a problem with puddles of water, did not need a drain or pump in the crawl, only a musty smell. I wasted $8,000. I am now taking steps to take action against them as this is just not right. Others: don't waste your money. I am still not at all sure that encapsulation is worth the very high cost. Also, a friend informed me that FSM had many legal problems with customers in past years and had to change their name. Have not researched that but I do know that they either need to give me at least 50% of my payment back, or they need to rectify the problem and get rid of the musty smell AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME.

Began as scheduled, work done in a very professional manner, set up a barrier to contain dust and dirt from the non affected areas and work was completed on schedule..

Area was cleaned, graded, sides were insulated & floor was covered. New sump was installe3d with alarm.. Very neat job. Workmen appeared to be detailed oriented.
