Do not hire. Sales person came out in 2023. Said they would not do any work less than $2000.00. I said o.k let's fix the cracks and level the concrete patio that was shifting a bit due to age. The raising went fine. But. Crack repair was terrible. It rained, they would not redo it after self leveling cheap chalk they used wrinkled in the joints and cracks. If also sunk and was not level with the rest of the concrete. Called several times, person came out with explanation that cracks are not covered under the 5 year warranty and to read my contract, but he would talk to his boss to see what he could do. As a Vet, that I am, they never called me back so now I will do these repairs myself now that I will be retiring soon. So they also took advantage of a senior citizen. Oh and he wanted to check my basement to try and sell me more lies. I have a dry basement. Did not met him in the house. Very disappointed with this company. I do not recommend!

I had a sump pump system installed. Cannot say enough good things about it. The services team, Joshua, Abdul and Abidan did a great job. They were able to finish the job in one day. Joshua made sure he when over everything he was doing, what professionals. Thanks, FSM, for a job well done.

Jacob C., Ethan N., and Daniel S. were phenomenal with the meal proofing of our basement! They communicated well, executed efficiently, and flat out worked their butts off. Not a glamorous job and these guys were very professional about it. Great testaments to your company. Thanks guys!

HORRIBLE, unsafe, caused severe damage to property and me: all they care about is you signing the contract and getting your money. HVAC completely destroyed, twice, by FSM, needing significant repair and rebuild. They left me without heat for over a MONTH in winter, did not even respond to my messages. Their poor work landed me in urgent care due to mold vented into the home. FSM staff helped himself to what he wanted out of my yard, then entered my garage without permission, despite being banned from the property himself. FSM cut a hole in my siding, leaving the insulation exposed for months (not resolved); cut a large hole in my floor that was completely unnecessary (not resolved); grading was NOT completed as discussed, leaving the entire project needing to be redone (not resolved). I had to dig my own crawl with their staff for 4 hours! FSM staff became aggressive on site and demanded more money from me. POLICE and Ordinance were called. NOT SAFE to hire them. BUYER BEWARE!

I hired Foundation Systems of Michigan to encapsulate my crawlspace. The crew they sent did the job in 5 hours, way to fast. I went down there to inspect and saw a horrible job. There were a couple rips in the material, the taping on the seams between sheets zigzagged; and this is on the factory cut edge that's perfectly straight. They used the spray foam to adhere the tarp to the cinderblocks. Some spots have huge spray foam globs that sank and pushed the material out creating air gaps. The only way that can happen is there is a critical shortage of fasteners holding the material up, I've seen less than 10 on the whole job so far. There are spots where the spray foam looks like melted cheese, its disgusting. The entire area has a layer of dirt and hundreds of spray foam turds along the walls. The two 'doors' they put on for $1000 were 2x4 and pvc board with 2 screws, absolutely unacceptable. I've run out of text to complete listing what they did wrong, use anybody but FSM

So I originally had an appointment for March of 2026 because of weather and they are booked. I understand now why. Monday morning I received a call from Forman Carter S and he said looks like he can get me done before winter. I was pleased and excited to get my porch fixed. So he came out the next day he had available. That morning he called me let me know he was on the way and made sure the timing would work because I had an appointment to go to. Since he called me that Monday communication was perfect had no issue getting a hold of him. They showed up we went over what he is going to do and how it was. He also took steps make sure that the lifting foam was going mess up my basement so he ensured that the foam would stay outside. He treated my house like his own. Before I left my 30 min appointment he texted me saying they were wrapping it up. It looked amazing. I want to thank Carter and Riley for their great work. They clean my porch and picked up everything before leaving.
