WOW WHAT A S**T SHOW ! Right from the initial BS the salesman threw at us to the out right untruths as far as material used, workers , work hours, cleanup, & claims about financing, even the promise of Customer satisfaction Reps returning Calls, (WEEK at Soonest if at ALL ) This has been an outright disappointment to say the least. Never in my years would I have been coned into dropping $13,000 (yes , Thirteen Thousand) had I seen the results before the Agreement. Don't get me wrong I give credit where its due, The young fellas that worked were polite, and professional, BUT that's the only thing in this entire job that was legit. I may have agreed to one third at best for final product ! If only ZERO stars were available, that's what they'd get. Having both my wife and myself selling real-estate for 30 years you can bet your A** we will warn every one of our first hand experience. Not sure how they compiled the heavy star ratings, but be very weary before getting duped out of THOUSANDS ! STOPED WAITING FOR A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION REP TO CALL BACK , ITS JUNE !!

Waterproofing is working very well. So far no leaks and humidifier is not working constantly. Gutters are exceptional! No raining down on the sides of the house.

It went alright. The price was fair, but I wouldn't say they were the best people. They were definitely nice, but for future projects, I'm not sure If they would be my first choice.

Great Experience!! First of all, I had the service technician come out for a yearly service check on the sump pump system. Daniel Smykla did so much more. He inspected my basement. Also, he tested the waterproofing system and tightened the anchors. He was happy to give me advice on other issues that worried me. He only charged me the initial service charge on the sump pump! Daniel is warm, friendly, respectful, professional and very knowledgeable!! I will ask for Daniel for all future service!
