Really hard for me to post a negative review. I do not like to say bad things about people or business

We had a french drain and a sump pump put in. The basement was never quite dry after they put the French drain. We called to complain and they sent out the repair man. I said yes the basement was damp before but only when it rained, and now that was damp all the time. I tried to explain to him that the basement was only wet when we a had major rain fall out side. He said that we could purchase a $2100 dehumidifier. When we complained about that. He told us his boss said that we could purchase it for a have it for $1800 and there was a service fee I think around $150. We said we where not going to pay a service fee. In the spring when it raining a lot we started getting water coming through the floor. They came out again and told us to add feeder lines or paint the floor with this special water proof paint. So we painted it. Once again after one of the heavy rains water came up threw the floor. Maybe more work needs to be done they should had said that before they did the job. We trusted the quote they gave us. We trusted what they told us, about what needed to be done to water proof the basement. They where not the least cheapest quote we had or the most expensive.

We had FSM install a sump system and crawlspace encapsulation the week of Thanksgiving 2018. I have been holding the review off until spring to see if what I had them do resolved the problem I was having with snow melt and run off ending up in my crawlspace. The 4 young men FSM sent to do the work were very professional and new exactly what they had to do to complete the job, did their work and left without anyone knowing they were there. They even enjoyed the bacon sandwiches we served them for lunch. The crawlspace is completely bone dry (exactly what I wanted) and we now have extra storage space. I highly recommend FSM. They did a remarkable job at my house and if I need anymore work in that regard, they would be the first one I'd call.

It went very well. The person who did the inspection & gave me the quote was very courteous & professional, He explained everything very well. They were pretty busy so it took 2 months before they could do the work. The actual work was done to my satisfaction. The crew did a very good job and cleaned up well afterwards.

Perfect! From start to finish this was one of the best experiences. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was fair. We are very happy with the work that was done and wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this fantastic company.

My crawl space had a strange smell, kind of like mildew only really strong. FSM came out and inspected the crawl space (on a Saturday) and gave a thorough explanation of what was causing the smell (mold, actually) and what needed to be done. They put me on their schedule and also on standby in case someone cancelled. The installation crew was great. They took about 4-5 hours to install the Vapor Loc Elite system in my crawl space. Before they got started they used a spray to kill all of the mold. There wasn't any bad smell from the spray or the vapor loc system they put in place. They even went above & beyond by taking pictures of some plumbing issues (2 water pipes and a sewer pipe that were in bad shape) they discovered that needed immediate attention that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I would definitely recommend them. It was a bit expensive, but well worth it.

Very well done. Workers showed up on time and communicated with us every step of the way, showing us what they were doing. They cleaned up well after themselves.
