Head point person for us was Dean who was terrific! We selected him because he stated that his price was his price - we won't come back with additional charges because we find some surprises. BWS lived up to that statement! Our project was NOT easy and they did a great job! There were surprises and it took longer than they expected. They also came back when we found there was something not working properly and fixed it. Trustworthy and true to their word. No change to the price. Would absolutely recommend them highly.

I am very dissatisfied with the job, they want to charge me to come back and look at the issue, but I have warranty. I have wetness under the concrete, the drain that they installed was not done correctly, and I have water in my basement.

This group was punctual, communicated when a change in schedule was needed, and very responsive to post-job questions. The basement is beautiful and we are confident that the moisture problems have been resolved. I would recommend that homeowners be present while work is being done. That way questions can be addressed in a timely fashion.
