Can’t say for the quality yet, but the customer service and work ethic was top notch. On time and I’d even say early and hearing me out along the way, not complaining or taking breaks until it was done. Doesn’t get better.

The inspection seemed to be pretty accurate but in the end I was only left with a paper which had very few details of the job that needs to be done. I was told that i would have gotten a more fetuses report via email and, even if if chased them for two days with texts, calls and email, I never received anything.

Basement waterproofing specialist were a great crew. The inspectors, Mike and Vinny explained and showed me the materials to be used. The crew, came early and started right away. When finished, they cleaned up and left everything as it was. Sebastian the foreman, walked me through what was done, and asked if I had any questions. Very happy with the whole project. NO more water!!!

Very good experience, overall! We had an issue with our initial install and they were out within a couple days to fix it. They also honored their quote from nearly a year ago, despite the cost of everything going up.

Excellent, hard working forman and crew who knew what they were doing. Foundation repair and installation of sump pit. pump and backup pump was completed in two days, as promised. Highly recommend.
