When Dean Snyder promptly arrived he immediately looked at what I needed to have done to make my basement waterproof and mold free. He sat down with me and went over in great detail what needed to be done. The crew that came the next day were professional, clean, and courteous. They found a problem with my sump pump pipe and came up with a solution immediately. I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was completed in my basement. I received 3 quotes and Dan from BWS was the only one who sat down with me and took me through the process step by step. Upon starting the project another issue was discovered and immediately had a plan in place. Tom and Chris did a great job keeping me up to date, as it took two days. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly.and verymclean. Even went beyond the job and fixed my furnace pipe. The French drain installed was very meticulous and the team of three worked tirelessly for 3 days to finish the job well.

They arrived early (before 8am) and finished our "french" drain by 2:30pm the same day. Excellent job and clean up...I couldn't even tell they dug through the front yard when they finished. Very nice guys! Would definitely recommend this company!

The team worked diligently for the two days they were here. Part of the carpet to be removed was under a stack of furniture. I thought they were just cut the carpet around the furniture, but they moved all the furniture pulled up the carpeting and then put the furniture back and covered it with plastic.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the specialists of Basement Waterproofing Specialists, Inc. this week. For the past several months, we had been combating minor water seepage into our basement after every rain. We tried every "fix" that we could think of before finally caving in and calling professionals to give us their assessment of our situation. We are so happy to have called Basement Waterproofing Specialists, Inc. (BSW). BSW arranged to meet us at our home after work on Tuesday. Two employees arrived promptly on time and immediately began to check our basement for evidence of water damage. Within fifteen minutes after beginning their inspection, they located the source of our problem: a crack in our foundation. After clearly explaining a number of possible solutions to this problem, we scheduled for them to repair the crack the following day. BSW completed the job before 1pm on Wednesday. Not only were they prompt (inspection to end of repair took less than 24 hours!), but they were very considerate of our property. The repair required them to dig into a flower bed, down to the bottom of our home's foundation. Upon completion, the flower bed appears better than before their arrival, for they even graded the bed away from the house. It's incredible!
