This company sub contacted the job to another contractor who actually did the work. They were to pour a concrete foundation under an exsisting mudroom that only had brick piers - they were sloppy , made cuts in the aluminum siding and left a significant sized gap along one side of the room - we saw light shining in a room that was supposed to be sealed. After relaying this info to the foreman who said he would give us a call we didn't hear from him for several days. It took a week for him to come back and finish / fix what we already paid thousands for. My husband called to see when he was to return and he said he forgot! Their water proofing system may be great but the rest of their repairs are not! Make sure you ask who will be doing any of the other repairs besides waterproofing!

They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Please consider insisting that the working use noise protectors due to the extremely loud sound they are exposed to as a result of the power drills for breaking up the concrete in basements and crawl spaces.

Basement waterproofing Specialists addressed my issues on a priority basis, came out, did an estimate, i signed the contract and they started the work within a few business days. The knowledge and quality of work and sense of urgency are key traits in a good service professional. I would call them again or provide them a reference any day.
