We told them that we did not have footings, and we were assured that the French drains could be put in.Within hours of the digging, the walls started to crumble. The estimated cost of the damage is up to $80,000. we are waiting for their insurance to settle this. Would HomeAdvisor be at all responsible for recommending them?

Our company does thousands of jobs a year, and what we had done to your home was nothing out of the ordinary, so it is truly upsetting that you are going through this. We took every precaution to do a safe and effective job. As soon as the wall began to sink/move, our company took immediate action. First, we installed temporary supports. Second, we had a structural engineer on site within hours to come up with a plan of action. Lastly, we contacted our insurance to have this matter handled for you. Basement Waterproofing Specialists takes matters like this very seriously and will do anything in our power to make this situation right for you. Please don?t hesitate to call if we can be of any service.

They gave me a plan and finished on time. Cleaned up work area. Also came back to fill in minor cracks in cement. Personable and explained everything clearly. Had a couple of rain storms since the work was done and no leaks!!!

The only complaint I have was that they didnâ t communicate well as to the progress of the job. I was away from home at the time and had to schedule someone to open and close my garage. It was supposed to be done in one day but extended into two, which was no big deal if they had let me know, but they didnâ t. I have already contacted them to let them know how this made things difficult for me ,so hopefully they will fix it. Otherwise the work was done very well and I would recommend them.

They told me what needed to be done, gave me a competitive price and did exactly what they said they would do, and did it in a timely manner. They showed respect for my home and furnishings and cleaned up before leaving meeting all of our expectations. In the end, my wife and I were very satisfied.

Nick the salesman Did a great job at selling to us a solid service offer. He made us feel very comfortable cause of his easy going salesmanship. He accommodated us whenever possible, did a fantastic job cleaning up, was quick, reliable and he and the team at BeWise was tremendous with following up to ensure we were satisfied with services throughout each step of the process.
