The salesmen were wonderful but clearly, they do not communicate well with the people doing the work. It was a headache of a day making sure the crew was installing the system the way the salesmen presented it without shortcuts. The crew of about 15 guys looked like they were picked up off a street corner that morning. When we detailed our concerns with BWS they sent a service guy out a week or so later to see the work which, of course, was all covered in concrete by then. But I was able to show him the dirt and splashed concrete on the walls and the sloppy silicon sealing job on the Mira drain. So, he went right to the sumps to test them and discovered that the battery backup was not working when tested. So, they are going to replace it but that means we are still not done with this headache of a project. Will the system work, when all is said and done? I think so but all I can say is that their system is not really much different than all the others out there so good luck!

It was a 2 days job and the workmanship was outstanding. Even my wife approved. The communication with the Forman was a little rough, but nothing serious. The second day was during a thunderstorm so they got to see where the water was coming. That was the first time we were glad that they were able to see it. We would definitely recommend them.

After using basement waterproofing specialist for my French drain installation I was so pleased with their service I called them again when I noticed signs of a possible foundation crack. They accurately identified the issue and determined I had a crack in my foundation. They thoroughly sealed the crack and put multiple layers of membrane to secure the foundation and to ensure no water ever gets through. I would highly recommend!

After dealing with several rainwater issues in the basement of our new home, we decided something needed to be done. We met Aaron from Basement Waterproofing Specialists at a home expo and asked him to come and take a look at our problem. Aaron came out and after inspecting the existing system, found that a large portion of the existing pipe was blocked by mud and dirtâ ¦not something you wanted to see in a newly purchased home. He understood our concerns and carefully discussed the entire process of replacing with their Sub-Floor Drainage system. Aaron was very knowledgeable and his passion and professionalism was very appreciated. Within a few weeks of having Aaron do his initial assessment, we had a new drainage system including two new sump pumps with battery backups and exterior underground drainage pipes in the back yard to push that water well away from the foundation. The crew was able to complete the job 2 days earlier than quoted which was awesome. Aaron came by to do the final inspection and even took it upon himself to address some very minor items that at first even we didn't catch just to make sure that we would be fully satisfied. This extra attention to detail is definitely rare but very much appreciated. We would recommend Aaron and the entire Basement Waterproofing Specialists team to anyone who is looking to address any water issues they may have with their basement.

Excellent engineer and hard workers.

They installed a French drain and sump pump in our basement as described and on time. There was a minor leak issue with the pipe for the sump pump which they corrected quickly.
