We had a sump pump and interior french drain installed. We have had a few rain showers since the installation and I m happy to say our basement is water free! The crew was very professional and the foreman was very friendly and showed us what they were doing as the went along with the project. He answered all the questions we had and made sure the job was done correctly before they finished up. They did a great clean up and we are happy with the results.

We had a french drain and sump pump installed and so far we are happy with the work that was done. The crew was nice and answered all our questions and the job was completed in one day.

The only reason I gave them a 4 and not 5 stars would be they had to cancel an appointment. They more than made up for it and my family is very satisfied with the completed work.

The *Salesman* did a great job of selling and building up the company. He did an inside inspection of my basement but never an outside where I was having major water issues in the one corner. Had he gone outside, he would have seen there was a deck and fence post at that corner. He drew up the plans for the drain which looked good at the time. Fast forward to the day the workers came out... the guys had no clue what the plans were. I had to take off multiple days of work because they did not complete the job in the time the *salesmen* said they would. They did not *feel like following* the original drawings. Had the salesmen call me and change the plan, I was not happy. They skipped over the entire middle part of the wall because they did not want to work in the bathroom. The corner with the major issue. Well they dug up the outside but 5-feet away from the corner on a totally unaffected area. They *could not* dig under the deck or with the fence post. Basically these guys took every short cut imaginable and they did come back out when I called and complained and rough casted the corner, but that is only a bandaid to what the *salesmen* said the real issue was outside. So basically you get what you pay for. The parts that they did install are working great but I would stay away from this company at all costs. Now I have to have another company come out and finish the job correctly.

Charles, We at Basement Waterproofing Specialists would first like to start off by apologizing for your negative experience. This is not how we wish any of our customers to feel. Let us shine some light from on this situation from our perspective. When our inspectors are dispatched to a home to evaluate an issue, they take the issues they can visibly see as well as the issues that the homeowner mentions into account when coming up with a plan of action and drawing a contract. We also leave the contract up to some interpretation for our install crews because there could be some unforeseen obstacles that will not be visible until they begin the work. Our crew could not dig underneath your deck, so they worked from the inside and did more work than what was originally contracted, at no additional cost to you. They also realized that they could not waterproof your bathroom do to plumbing and other appliances, so they added another sump pump and crock at no additional cost. Our crew worked diligently to complete your job within one day, but unfortunately there were obstacles out of our control that our crew had to work around. The crew did their best to complete the job in a timely manner. We are happy to hear that where our system was installed is working great!
