Basement Waterproofing Specialists did a great job and I'm very pleased with the quality of their work. I monitored the installation off and on throughout the day, and they did everything according to plan. I gave them 4.5 stars for quality, because I feel they could have done a better job with cleaning up outside my home after they were finished. That is my only minor complaint about their work. I would definitely (and have already) recommend Basement Waterproofing Specialists.

Very professional and friendly. Explained every step to me. Made suggestions but no hard sell. Fixed my leak. Put in a sump pump and made sure I knew how it worked and how to check it periodically. Cleaned up thoroughly. Price was better than other companies and quality of material was better as well. I highly recommend this company for water in your basement.

If you need basement repair work done, look no further than this company!! I was not only pleased with their professionalism, the job they did was fantastic!! Mark Denny was very thorough and located the problem, 3 other companies did not. The work was loud, so plan to be outside. Workers left a little bit of a mess, so just do a thorough look before they leave.

Met Basement Waterproofing Specialists at the Home and Garden Show. Very friendly. Decided to get an estimate for a water drainage/sump pump. Thorough inspection of the entire basement for the best system for our home. The system was explained to us and there was no pressure to make a sale. The estimate was good for 30 days and they offered a Military Discount. I called to make an appointment and got on the day I wanted. The guys that came to our home were very professional and the job was done in the time specified. The person in charged made sure the crew cleaned up and the project was done to standard. Very happy with our new drainage system, no worries of water getting in the basement!
