Used hydro water seal co first, they repaired the cracks but they still leaked, came out several times , wouldn't recommend them but basement waterproofing did the job right the 1st time

i was completely impressed with how hard everyone worked on this project. it was a big job and they worked tirelessly to complete in in 1 day. basement looked almost new after they were done

I was mostly concerned with mold removal and the service sold was mostly basement waterproofing which needed to be done but the mold was sealed and not removed. Recommendation was to get a good dehumidifier for the future which we are doing.

They removed an old cracked and uneven concrete slab which had been the base for my old shed. They then poured and leveled a new level pad prior to the new shed being installed. They went above and beyond the call of duty when after removing the sideboards and stakes they provided a considerable amount of top soil around the pad. They graded it and even planted grass seed. I was very happy with their work and quite impressed by their professionalism. I would happily recommend Basement Waterproofing Specialists to anyone who asks about their services. I'd like to thank Mike, Chris, and Charlie for their excellent work!

I am a recent widow who was left with cracks in my foundation walls. I didn't have a clue as to what to do about them or whom to call. When I saw an ad for Home Advisor and contacted them, BWS called me that day. Addam Kuzman arrived to investigate my problem. He very carefully and patiently explained what he saw and how it could be fixed. The three men who came to do the work were a professional, coordinated team. They asked questions, hung plastic, brought in their equipment, and got to work. At each stage, they explained what was being done and why. I am so happy with and grateful for the job that was done. All of the people I came into contact with were very nice and easy to talk to. The lifetime guarantee goes a long way to promoting comfort and peace of mind.
