The workers were punctual, courteous, diligent and professional. They told me that waterproofing my basement would take two days and it took just that long. They created a drainage system around the perimeter of my basement; installed a sump pump and cleaned off the mold from the basement walls. They left my basement looking neat and repaired the concrete section around my cellar door, too. They did a beautiful job overall.

We didn't even know we had a ground water problem...They did and knew just what was needed...a Sump Pump system and mold remediation was done and expertly done too...We were very pleased with the results and so was the new current owner...All went well with our settlement, all due to these professionals, we would definitely reccommend them to others

They said it would take 3 days to do the work. They finished a 3-day quoted job in 7 hours!!! The price was very high; they pressured us and we should not have given in to the pressure - our mistake. Too many things were either damaged or ruined, and we had to have them back twice to fix things. They did come and fix things, but if more care and time had been taken in the first place, probably none of the damage would have occurred. They rushed to get the job done too much. The workmen were courteous, but didn't tell us about the things that were broken or damaged. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I care about, and woefully regret having taken our vacation money and anniversary money out of savings to pay for a job that was basically too much work for what was truly needed. Buyer's remorse. No vacation, no anniversary trip. Not happy.

They did a professional job. Their installation people walked me through the process before starting, answering any questions, after they were done, and did a through clean up. I highly recommend them. Only complaint is no one called a day or two before installation to confirm with us. That is the reason for the "4.5".
