Finished job looked terrible. Took the crew 1 1/2 days to do the job, and I had to call the office to have them come back to finish a sloppy job; foreman was condescending and nasty. Still not satisfied.

Recently purchased home. Work went well. Company was nice enough to assist me with some of the demo work that I wanted to do anyway that was in the way of the installation of the system. There was a breakdown in communication regarding the replacement of the appliances that had to be disconnected, however of the 4 other basement waterproofing companies I interviewed, this company was my primary choice. I would absolutely use their services again.

I just want the job done. The owner was non-negotiable about the contract. I feel like the work they did for $6,200 was dishonest practice.

The crew supervisor, Nick, explained all phases of the work being done. His large crew completed the inside and outside work in about 4 hours! I was amazed that they were able to complete such a big job so quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs basement wall repair and waterproofing.

Guys came a little late, worked full days and did great work. The job quotes i got from other companies were almost double what BwS did the identical work for.
