I can't say enough wonderful things about this work! The crew, let by Damian, showed up on time and were outstanding. They kept the job as clean as possible ( yes, there is some dust, but this a construction project!) He explained the entire process before they began and answered any of my questions throughout the day. The crew worked so hard and the final product was amazing! We are proud the be a part of the BWS Family and HIGHLY recommend them for any of their services!!

Great job but when you reach out to them for anything else take take take time about it because there when I got the money. Which means if you have a problem they will be pretty hard to get to app for the job is done.

For clarity, our crews perform the new installs and they work off of their own schedule through our production department. With your situation, the extra drain box you wanted to be installed was being performed through our service department which is on a separate schedule and explains why there was a little delay for the install. If you're still interested in having us install the drain box, please reach out to our service department and we'll see if we can speed up the install date. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.

I had a serious basement flooding problem. I had my basement waterproofed 2 times. it didn't work! Basement Waterproofing Specialists installed a commercial drain system and after 2 years I have never had a drop of water they are AMAZING, thank you Basement Waterproofing specialists YOU ARE THE BEST!

My initial impression was that this company was a very professional and knowledgeable team. They did an amazing job for sump pump installation but then we found a number of issues, leaking pipes, sump pump in the second pit did not have any holes so it was not functioning. broke my original water backup pump that I had to pay to reinstall. today I found new issues. It has been two months going back and forth. Their service department is good especially Justin but it is just an endless circle. Justin is sending technician to fix new issues. I changed my reviews few times, I want to recommend them as I had some good experiences and some bad experiences. If you hire them, make sales rep accountable till the job is done.

I have been concerned about the moisture in my basement. Basement Waterproofing Specialist sent a a sales rep that listened to my concerns and recommended what could be done. He went over the materials needed to complete the project and fielded my questions. The crew came to my home and completed the work with great care of the property. They were efficient and thorough and made sure to clean up after completion. I am very pleased with the outcome...a dry basement. I highly recommend Basement Waterproofing Specialists!
