They arrived on time and had a job done in a timely manner without trying to sell things we didnâ t need. We saved at least $5000 over other inspections we had done by those who oversell products and services like these.

Our experience was exceptionally good with Basement Waterproofing Specialists. Aaron was thorough and very helpful during the consultation. He explained everything in a way that was easily understood. The installation crew was courteous and focused on the task at hand. They took measures to minimize the dust and debris during the installation. When the work was completed, the site was swept clean and left very tidy. I would definitely recommend BWS for waterproofing!

I don’t usually write reviews but I have been so impressed with Basement Waterproofing Specialists. I recently hired them to do a repair to my foundation and waterproof the basement. Everyone from the Office Staff to the Inspector and the work crew were professional, courteous and focused on customer satisfaction. They explained clearly what they would do and the work was of high quality, competitive and all done in a day. They put up dust sheets before starting and left the place clean and tidy. They talk a lot about treating customers like family and that’s exactly the company culture I saw. Thank you!

From the moment I made the appointment, the experience was great. Michael Chiarulli is extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained everything perfectly. When you have a business, this is the kind of person you want working for you. Heâ a fantastic representative of this company. He worked with me through all the paper work and was easy to reach by email and cell. The workers were very responsible, respectful and they all worked very hard. The job took a day and half and when they were done it was like they were never here. They cleaned up wherever they were and left no mess behind. One of my basement windows had a piece of wood that was removed but because of age and rot, it could not be put back and used. I called Michael Chiarulli, and he quickly put me in touch with someone that was able to come back to our home and replaced that piece of wood. The warranty is one the best I have ever come across for any major purchase. It lasts the life of the home and and can be carried over to another owner. There are financing options that are available as well. Yes, itâ s is an expensive job, but itâ s investment in your home. In the end, having the opportunity to safely use my basement, while keeping our belongings and property dry, is everything to me.

Basement Waterproofing Specialists was recommended to us by a neighbor down the road and we are so happy to have been referred to them. We had 4 other quotes, and Basement Waterproofing was the most reasonable for comparable work. They were very informative throughout the process and we feel confident in their work. We have not had an issue with water since installation and look forward to years ahead of a DRY basement.
