They showed up with about a dozen guys and banged out french drains in my basement and separate crawl space in a day. I met with them on a friday and a week later the team was working. I haven't seen the Basement and crawlspace this dry in a long time (even after the snow melt this year) I'm almost looking forward to the next rainstorm.

Expensive and had to come back to do a follow up job to further waterproof window and tried to charge me more for that. Took a long time to get them to refund that and also to get me proof of work for insurance company

Good experience, only issue was the moving of my furniture. It was piled up and uncovered which I didnâ t appreciate. I did complained and the individual I signed the contact did the right thing. I called and complained but wasnâ t assured the company would take care of it or was concerned, only went I complained to the person I signed up with was caring enough to handle the issue!

Great company. They were professional from start to finish. Senior estimator, Candace, was knowledgeable and friendly. Estimate was very reasonable. Work was scheduled and completed promptly. Nick and his crew were great. They worked hard and completed the job in a few hours. They were polite, courteous, and cleaned everything up upon completion. I would definitely use them again.

We had 2 foundation cracks running from corner of basement window to the floor. Their recommendation was not to just fill in the cracks, as others suggested, but to also reinforce the structural integrity of the foundation with a solid steel plate bolted over the repaired crack. That approach made much more sense to me than the other recommendations I'd received. I hired them and they were onsite within 2 days and completed all work in a single day. We've since had excessive rain and the repairs have held up and the basement is still dry.

Did not do a very good job. put pipe together with no glue and it leaked. Some of the concrete is cracked.

Sometimes if the concrete dries too quickly, it can cause surface cracks to form in which case we typically return to fill them. This happens often when a customer runs their dehumidifier immediately after the work was completed. The installation staff were professional and clean. They came in completed the job within a day and, when they left, there was no sign of them ever being there. I recommended them to my nephew who also used them. Thanks for a worry free basement.

The Basement Waterproofing Specialists team showed up on time and got right to work. They finished the project in only 2 days. Other companies told us it would take them a couple months to even start the project and then it would take 4+ days to complete. BWS came ready to work 1 week after we signed the contract. The team was hard working and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project. Two days after they finished the basement we got A LOT of rain, and the basement was as dry as could be. We recently had a contractor tell us we had the driest city basement has had ever seen.
