Reviews
Write a ReviewBWS were prompt in doing the work I needed. I am very pleased with the results
I was stunned by the amount of men that were here to do my basement. They worked as an accomplished team that was awesomely correographed. I imagined days of work, but because of the expertise of each member, the job was completed to my satisfaction wihin 7 hours.I would highly recommend this company. A very satisfied customer. Kudos!
They arrived on time and finished on time.
The gentlemen came in and did above and beyond the job they were signed. They were great!
They were on time and finished the job in one day. We had a problem with coverage on one wall. They were back within a week to fix it. So far very satisfied. Frank
I hired this company for mold and somehow sold me a waterproofing system. In the contract it stated containment, move customer items, cover customer items, clean scrape sanitize walls sand joist take care of the mold. I have pictures to show that everything in the basement is covered in dust personal property as well also has the milky spray that they used for the ceiling is all over the place. not limited to the ceiling but also the new duct work that was installed property in the basement. We asked if we should close the vents and shut off the furnace. The answer was no so the dust traveled up thru the air vents and all thru the house. Keep in mind we asked them and told them we just had our air ducts cleaned. I have pictures to show there is still mold which we had a senior industrial hygienist come over and done test and came back as we still have the mold. They did not finish around the hot water system were there was mold and still damp open gaps that at the least should have been filled in when they done the rest of the floor. When calling the so called manager i was offered 150.00 dollars to clean my air vents. What a joke. They ruined my personal items, mold is still visible and they did not complete the job as contracted. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRATICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!. They came out three times after i had called numerous times to complete there job but now refuse to come out. Tried to speak to the owner Mr Ken Klinger and a person thought they were smart and said beep beep beep and then hung up on me. Real professional.
Hello Warren Harmon, We have been to your home on numerous occasions in efforts to rectify your claims. In fact, in one visit you left the crew stranded not reviewing the service completed thus prolonging the ordeal into more visits and creation of new complaints. Then, when speaking with the general manager offering you a series options you continued to refuse every conciliation and ending with a demand for ?Six thousand dollars or else?. Further, refusing a visit to address all your complaints and rectify all of your grievances all at once to prevent invention of new ones. It is difficult for us not to deduce this and other context clues that perhaps there are several nefarious actions active here. We of course cannot assist you in committing insurance fraud which we unfortunately believe is what you may be attempting as you?ve hinted throughout this ordeal but somehow left out in your public reviews of our company. It is dismally our understanding that this is what truly enraged you when you attempted to induce our disagreeable service department in doing so. Further, we believe this also stems from you endeavoring to take advantage our situation with our two inspectors whom during your project left to start their own business which for some reason you also did not mention either. We are deeply concerned with what we believe your true intent to be. You state that moving customer items was in the contract which in reality means away from the perimeter where the work was to be complete as done in every project. Not to be confused with your ambiguous description which gives the perception that somehow contractors would move an entire shoe store. In the complete history of this company we have never moved a customer?s items back because of the new concrete is wet and needs a good deal of time to dry. Otherwise, your complaints would be that your items would be sunk permanently dry and deep and into cement. We were surprised to learn that the items you claimed to refer to as merchandise were not moved out of the basement for the project but it was certainly your prerogative to keep them there despite the numerous warnings of dust and spray. I cannot interpret in any other way that the items were anything but purposely chosen to stay on the floor for the project by you. Then you referenced a subsequent mold inspection by a ?Senior Industrial hygienist?. It?s hyperbole like this that further disables your claim from passing the ?smell test?. Your project was conducted on March 23rd 2017. Our mold guarantee is for 30days. You began your waves of negative online reviews on April 14th, 2017. That?s 22 days. You were still in warranty. In fact, the service department even offered to come out to remediate areas that weren?t even in the contract and you declined. Further, the product used on your ceiling has a 10-year warranty. So your claims of mold don?t stand up as there are many options for you if that were true. Then you claim that work was not comp
Our basement and crawlspace areas are now dry thanks to BWS.
they started work and claimed there were bats in the crawl space under my house. I had a exterminator who verified that there were no bats and that would not be where they nest, had an exterminator check and he said they just didn't want the job and made it up. They did not show the next day and the salesman called and said he was told there were RATS and bats and they were not coming back until they were gone, so I cancelled the work within 3 business days with their office.
Hello (consumer name withheld per their request.) l of Walligford, PA. I have a photo of one of the bats that were removed from the residence. I've just posted it on our Facebook page and I'm going to mail you a copy as well. We've actually never had a crew refuse to work on a project before due to safety concerns. I believe the disconnect occurred where the crawlspace is so incredibly narrow that no one but our men were brave enough to go in it. We highly suggest getting another exterminator's opinion who will actually venture into the space we are referring to. There's no logic in a company not wanting to do work. It's what we're in business for but it must be safe and within our scope of work and we are not exterminators. In fact, pursuing the work in that unsafe environment can even drive this wildlife into your home. Further, we believe at some point this will become apparent and we're still willing to work with you. When you find that this is the case, please feel free to contact us again when it is safe to return.
BWS staff were informative and friendly. They worked clean and left basement spotless. They arrived on the date promised and phoned with ETA. I would recommend.
Thank you Richard!
