Problem was water penetrating the basement. Demonstrated competence when evaluating the problem, provided a competitive quote and performed work as quoted on-time without any attempts at up-selling.

Response from Company:

Thanks, Ken. We're glad you are happy with the work our crews did on your basement.

We had a slight mild problem in our basement, using undersized dehumidifiers and even some mold in our first floor bedroom and bathroom. Our sump pump was in an open pit in our unfinished basement. We were told the problem was minor. They supplied whole basement dehumidifier that is the size of half a chest freezer. They also sunk the sump pump and sealed it. They then set up an ozone mold remover device while we were out of the house. It kills the mold spores and leaves a whiteish residue where the mold once was. They were easy to work with and the best part of our experience was when we had an issue with the dehumidifier and called them. They came right out and fixed it. These guys are the real deal! I highly recommend them!

this company,s right hand doesn't know what theleft hand is doing

Response from Company:

Bob H., We are assuming that your frustration lies with the payment process of your contract. The frustration stems from the contract itself stating that half of the payment was due at the completion of your work and the other half was due at closing on your home at the end of march. Your job was installed on February 12, 2018. 10 days later February 22, 2018 you informed our office that you would not be paying half like the contract stated but would pay the full amount once closing on your home occurred 42 days after the job was completed. This was very unusual and uncomfortable for us to encounter, so there may have been some confusion on our end. We apologize for this being a confusing process and if there is anything that you should need in the future please feel free to contact us at 800-700-9171.

Horrible! First, the foreman called when the workers were already supposed to have arrived and said that they were running late because something happened to their vehicle. They arrived two hours after the end of the scheduled arrival window. When they arrived, I asked the foreman why they were late and his story was completely contrary to the broke-down vehicle reason he had claimed previously. They sealed sheets of plastic to our walls with industrial staples instead of tape, leaving holes in our walls. And their seal job was shoddy; so much so that for days after the job, LEAD PAINT dust kept settling on our furniture on the floor above where they did the work. A little bit of debris would've been understandable, but it was a lot of dust, and for a whole week after they had done the work. One of the three guys continually used our upstairs bathroom, at one time he was in there for almost 30 minutes. When the workers were finally done and about to leave, I noticed that they hadn't done a large portion of what they were contracted to do (remove ceiling tiles and insulation in one room and treat the wooden joists and ceiling). For some illogical reason, they only did a random third of this room. When I asked why he didn't do the whole thing, the foreman said, ‚œI thought that was all I was supposed to do. I spoke to the person who sold me the service as well as a service manager, and another date was arranged to have the job completed (another day that I had to take off of work to now closely supervise and make sure the job got done). Instead of arriving several hours late like the last crew (or within the scheduled arrival window like a normal person), the second technician arrived 3 hours before the scheduled arrival window. I told him he'd have to wait until I got home. After driving more than 2 hours from the company's headquarters in Pennsylvania, the guy did not bring a crucial piece of equipment that he needed to do the service that I had paid for a HEPA vacuum and scrub brush attachment. Even though this equipment was clearly stated in my contract as part of what I was paying for, the technician and the service manager (Justin) both tried to convince me that they don't need this piece of equipment to do the job of removing mold from the wooden joists. After much deliberation (and actual huffing and puffing from the technician), they sent the technician to Home Depot to buy the necessary equipment. This time, I hovered over the technician the entire time and had to continually point out spots that he obviously missed. The final mold treatment that they do leaves a white splotchy look on the joists, so it's easy to tell what has been done and what hasn't. This technician (like the first foreman and technicians) tried to get over on me by not doing about 16 ft. of the ceiling and was preparing to leave. When I asked why he hadn't done it, he told me that the sprayer for the solution had stopped working. So because his equipm

Response from Company:

Matthew S., I would like to first start out by apologizing for your negative experience. This is not the experience we wish our customers to have, but human errors do occur. After the original install crew completed work in your home on January 24, 2018 they asked you to fill out a Customer Survey. Your responses on this Survey was as followed: Was the foreman and his crew courteous and professional? You responded Yes Are you satisfied with the services provided to you today? You responded Yes May we use you as a reference for potential customers? You responded Yes May we use your comments as a review on our website? You responded Yes When asked on the Customer Survey for Comments you wrote, "GREAT WORK - VERY PROFESSIONAL". We use these surveys to judge our customers experiences as well as get an understanding of how the install crew did/behaved while at your home. The work at your home was completed Wednesday January 24, 2018 and we first heard from you with complaints on Thursday January 25, 2018. Our service manager listened to those concerns, reviewed the pictures sent of the area and then scheduled an appointment to handle the issues we could rectify at your earliest convince. We also completed additional work which was not included in the original scope of work to provide you with outstanding customer service. On the following Wednesday January 31, 2018 a technician was dispatched and upon completion of his work you signed off that all discussed work was completed. Our company and our employees do their best to complete jobs and deliver an optimum customer experience, but occasionally errors do occur. We stand behind our work and did attempt to rectify all your issues to the best of our abilities. We apologize again for your experience and If there is anything we can do for you in the future please feel free to contact the office at 800-700-9171.

I would have given 5s across but there were a couple of small items. They were rectified. The best way you can tell about a company is how they handle issues. I have to say that they absolutely handled the situations perfectly. I am very happy to recommend them.

Response from Company:

Joe, thanks for the review. We're glad you're happy with the work, and that we were able to handle any concerns you had.
