MY BASEMENT WAS DAMP AND HAD LOTS OF FUNGUS, FLOODED EVERYTIME WE GOT OVER AN INCH OF RAIN. The day they finished the work that very afternoon it poured 5 inches of rain in just 5 hours. The basement remined dry, They are a little expensive but worth it.

Inspector was knowledgeable and helpful in determining what needed to be done. Replaced a french drain, sump pump, and treated basement for beginnings of mold. Workers were outstanding, polite, and kept the area very clean. A big plus! Great customer service all around. I would definitely use them again if needed.

The inspector came to look at the problem. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He gave me suggests to temporary fix the problem till the schedule time for the job. Once the workers came to my house, they were very kind and pleasant to have working in my house. At the end each day, they let me know how the job was progressing and explained what they found while working that day. The crew arrived on time each day and worked a full day. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left my house as neat and clean as it was in the beginning of the day. Once the job was completed, they went over everything they did and answered my final questions. I highly recommend this company for any issues you are having in your basement.

The team was prompt and professional and the work seems to be well done. We will wait to see how the basement handles the next heavy rain but we are happy with the job so far. There was a little bit of a mess to clean up but I guess that is to be expected.
