I was very pleased with the job. When there was an issue or change the responds was immediate. They stand behind their work which is the most important aspect since I had an issue which they addressed immediately until I am completely satisfied.

They should train their workers better. The job they did for us was not done properly, and they did not know what they were doing. There was no boss/supervisor ever present. The gentlemen were nice and there's nothing wrong with them, but I paid a lot of money for unskilled labor.

Our job was dehumidification of a large finished basement. We hired Sean Ryan, who turned out to be the most capable, honest, and friendly home service person that I or my wife have ever dealt with. The job was scheduled and done promptly, and the price was the lowest of the three estimates we obtained.

Was thorough and professional. Was not one of the lower estimate but I decided to go with them because they were the first to get to the house. I had a difficult time scheduling visit from others. They scared the tenant with talk of asbestos and mold. Did not appreciate some of the sales tactics but was happy with work. A month later when we came to replace the tiles in the basement, we discovered that they had (1) removed a step and not replaced it and (2) had left the top of drain at 1 and 1/2 inches above the rest of the basement causing a major cost to us to even it out.
