i am very pleased with basement waterproofing specialists. i had several cracks in my basement. john came by my house for an estimate very prepared and listened to my concerns. he scheduled the project around when it was good for me. the crew was quick and polite. a few months later (after the winter season) i had to call them back for some finishing touches and they sent 2 people. chris and mike did a really nice job. the walls both inside and out looked very smooth. i just wish that i called them sooner!

The sales staff was very personable. I felt vey comfortable that they would do a good job before hiring them. The workers were all pros. I have nothing but praises for them. If I had one recommedation for them, its to use concrete stain for matching when repairing an existing stucco wall. Although pricey, and the repair is much lighter in color than the rest of the wall, I'm pleased with the finished product.

This project was to be completed in two weeks,it was not complete until two months and my basement cellar door is still not completed. All services were 80 % paid for and this company continues to give me the run around about my door. I wish I never use this service or this company!

The price quoted was way more than I am prepared to pay at this time for the above work. However I did have another job they could do replacing a culvert across my gravel driveway. This required removing an iron pipe that had rusted thru' and was probably ready to collapse sometime in the coming year. Two men showed up on schedule and began the excavation. Later 4 more men showed with a dump truck load of gravel. The 4 immediately began helping the other two. I had to leave for about 2 hours. When I returned the job was completed and the new culvert was covered with gravel. If you want to call this a negative, the only one I would have is that the gravel was washed and clean. This meant there was no binder in it and it would remain loose. The next day I had an oil delivery and that truck left some very deep ruts. Fortunately I have a tractor and lots of land that I can dig up. I added a load of clay soil to the gravel. With the light rain we are currently having this will bind the gravel and I'll have the driveway I need.

The job is only half complete we have to wait for a dryer time to seal crack but they have been very caring and helpful. So far I would highly recommend these guys for your basement problems they know what they are doing.
