This company was referred by Home Advisor--the job is done. However my basement floor is ruined. The sand & stone is imbedded in the floor. The company did not remove the mold from upper stairs--which I thought was included. I asked for their help in these 2 matters the response was "Not in the contract."

Hi Elizabeth, as you know you took this to the BBB. The BBB determined we provided you with everything we were contracted to do. Further, that we did not affect your floors in anyway as well understanding them being asbestos. Often times we do go above and beyond what we are contracted to do. If we don't it's because it's another scope of work. We unfortunately do not do two jobs for the price of one.

THEY INITIALLY BEAT PRICE OF THEIR COMPETITOR, BUT REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR 5% SENIOR DISCOUNT WHICH IS ADVERTISED ON COMPUTER. REGARDLESS OF THE INITIAL DISCOUNT, WE STILL SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED SENIOR DISCOUNT. THE INITIAL DISCOUNT WAS GIVEN REGARDLESS OF AGE. ONCE WE INFORMED THEM WE WERE 65 YEARS OLD, WE DESEVED BIGGER DISCOUNT. HOWEVER, WORKERS WERE EXCELLENT!

My experience with this company was wonderful from the phone call to request an estimate to the actual repair. Kirk came to our house to complete the estimate and was professional and had wonderful customer service. He was honest, personable concerned with our best interests. The two gentleman that arrived to repair the foundation were knowledgeable and professional. They were courteous of our home by covering the carpet before walking through the basement, removing all trash and cleaning the area after completing the work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any future jobs!
