DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had an outdoor sump installed and the workmanship was terrible. They installed the sump pit in the wrong location and now the pump will not reach an outlet, nothing was done to code. I have an indoor sump pump installed outside with the cord just laying in the grass. They left my yard a mess, had rocks all over were they worked. I reached out to Bill before writing this review and received no satisfactory solution. This company is quick to take you money but is terrible in the work they do and customer relations. After all that, what I am the most upset about is the worked they performed did not even fix my water issue. they charged me for a pump and pit when all I needed was a french drain along my foundation wall.

You might pay a little more but it is well worth it. Last week we got 5â of rain locally and my basement stayed dry. I am very happy with the work that was done.

I have had my basement waterproofed twice and it still flooded. The companies couldn't stop the amount of water I was getting, Basement Waterproofing Specialists installed a commercial system in my basement and "I AM DRY!" thank you Basement Waterproofing Specialists.

Basement Waterproofing Specialists provided a free quote that identified the basement water leakage issue quickly and proposed the most direct approach in fixing the problem head on without trying to cut corners like other companies recommended. They were on time the day they fixed the problem and finished within a day. They cleaned up the area well before they left.
