This company came in with the lowest bid and I now do agree that you get what you pay for. The day of my appointment I was told that I would need to schedule another visit for the ozone treatment, this frustrated me as I took off from work for this visit. My salesman told me that they would do the entire process in one day. After the mold removal they painted the attic with a product that prevents new growth. The first coat did not cover the stains and they had over spray all over the floor, walls that were not to be treated and personal items. Also they sprayed the ridge vent and also sprayed out through the eves of the attic which then caused paint to be on my porch, lights and table & chair set in the back yard. While they did discount me 10% for the issues in the attic (after my insistence) and they did come out and clean my lights and table/chair set in the back yard. This should not have happened with a professional company.

Hello! Thank you for your kind words. After investigating this I found that the ozone and appointment you've cited never happened and was never purchased and thus never paid for. Further, that there was in fact "over spray" to which the company admitted to and in turn not only cleaned up with each one of your calls but also provided you with a discount of which you accepted. To be fair, the criticism they had of you (and mind you this is they're opinion) was that your complaints of the over spray appeared extremely exaggerated. Of the few spots that were found, were then used to launch exhausting "discount" negotiations of which ended in informing you they had to draw the line someone and could not keep giving you discounts for such a small occurrence. Specifically, that within the eave of the attic where they sprayed for mold, several droplets escaped through the soffit where they landed on patio furniture. In the words of the technician that was sent out "I showed up and it was so insignificant that I simply just wiped off a couple of spots with a rag. I'm surprised you sent me out there for that". However, in your hand written and signed customer survey I see that you wrote and signed "Crew was great with communication & expectations. Very pleasant & courteous". The company did an excellent job. Working with Addam and the two men who did the job was a real pleasure. The area in which the men had to work in was small and close to shrubs. The men did an excellent job cleaning up the site.

Kirk was on time, thorough and friendly in the quoting process. The workers arrived on time and worked long days to get the project complete. They were organized, respectful and clean. They tore up the perimeter of the floor and installed a drainage system and then re poured concrete. Also, they painted all the walls, caulked the joints and painted the crawl space floor. I liked the people and am pleased with the results.
