Do not believe in their lifetime guarantee. The salesman sold us a dream and it is now a nightmare. The salesman guaranteed us that we would never get any water in our basement if we had their system installed and sold us on this fact. After paying $8000 for a French drain, window well drains, and a sump pump system, we still get water in our basement. When we called to explain this, they had us test the sump pump and when we told them it was working, they said it was not their equipment that malfunctioned and thus not their fault. The agent we spoke to was rude and threatened to hang up on me. Her only response to my questions as they do not cover anything out of their control. She kept referencing the warranty which I requested and was never given (I even refused to check the box saying it was given to me and made note of this in the additional comments section on the survey we were given the day of installation). Long story short, I would never recommend this company. How they are still in business baffles me. My customer experience was extremely poor and if I could give them zero stars I would.

Anthony, We believe in the work that we produce as a company and stand behind it, that is why we offer a warranty for the lifetime of a structure. We would like to clarify our service manager spoke to you and a technician did come out to evaluate the issues you were having. The technician water tested the walls and discovered the water was coming through the mortar joints along the wall, which does not pertain to the French drain system or the window well taps we installed. As a gesture of good faith, at no cost to you we installed FRP boarding on the wall where the mortar joints are cracked causing water to leak in when it rains. A tropical storm is unforeseen circumstances out of our control, which is stated on our contract Our employees treat all our customers with respect and expect the same in return. When you spoke with our representative, she stated **could you please stop yelling at her or she would have to end the call**. Which we record all our calls for quality purposes and training. We aim to treat each job and home as if that customer was a part of our own family.

We paid this company over $9,000 for a full waterproof basement. First rain, our basement was a lake. They sent someone out the next day to tell us our problem is an issue that their **full basement** system does not cover. Now, we had a contractor come out the same day and said we wasted our money on the system. They never did more than just look around the basement and ensured us this $9,000 system was our answer and now it is useless. Part of their contract was **to wire brush all surfaces** and they did not even touch one surface.
