I bought a home that needed the basement gutted and waterproofed. After interviewing and getting quotes from 5 different companies I chose BWS - the rep who came here was extremely knowledgeable - took the time to explain everything and showed me photos of prior jobs and references. Not the cheapest but the best value FOR SURE (a great example of you get what you pay for). As a woman they treated me with respect and did not talk down to me. They did EVERYTHING I asked and then some - very honest and trustworthy - and did a fantastic job. The workers who came hustled the entire time they were here - also friendly, respectful and explained everything they were doing during the one week they were here gutting the basement, mold treatment and installing the waterproofing system. (my furnace wouldn't start and the foreman even tried to hit the rest button for me to help me get it re-started - definitely not their problem or responsibility). There was one problem that arose but the General Manager resolved it satisfactorily within a week. I would HIGHLY recommend them - especially to women who don't want to be taken advantage of - everyone on their team was great to work with! (It's been 4 months and not a drop of water despite 3 feet of melting snow and tons of rain!)

Addam was very easy to work with and very helpful. They were able to complete the job the very next day. The foreman on site was very personable, friendly and everyone did a great job all around.

They do quality work but they are very expensive. I had my crawl space encapsulated to remove and prevent mildew. It cost about $9,000 even with discount for total area encapsulation. I would still recommend them though.
