Everyone was professional and friendly. The work was done with a very high level of dedication and consideration of what our needs were during the effort. They did a very good job with the clean-up following the completion of the project.

The guys were great at removing the mold. A little careless with the tape removal on the plastic barrier and handling of decorations near the plastic barrier installation.

Basement Waterproofing Specialists were professionals in every way. They responded quickly to my request to check my basement to establish a plan to remedy my water issues. They remediated the issues is my 1350 sq. ft. basement in 2 1/2 days. A team of 5 men worked 11 to 12 hour days nonstop to get the project done. They were neat, informative, and vey efficient. It has now been a year since the installation and after several heavy rain storms and a lot of melting snow, we have not had one drop of rain in the basement. This includes the 4" of rain we received on June 30, 2015. I highly recommend them, Note: I checked 2 other companies before going with this company. All of the companies gave me a quote that I considered high. They all then offered me a lower price if they could do the job within 10 days. This seems to be their standard operating mode. BMS's price was in the middle of the 3 companies.

Everyone was amazing at BWS. From the main office to Addam, who performed the estimate and explained everything to me, to Mike and the team who performed the repairs. I cannot say enough good about everyone. They even worked with me when a sudden financial hardship came up in the middle of this. Amazing! I will absolutely recommend BWS to anyone who needs waterproofing, basement work, foundation repairs, or mold remediation. They are fantastic!

I'm sorry that I am unable to recommend this company to others. Although the quality of the work they completed was great and the workers were polite and always on time, they made two MAJOR errors on the job that put me at risk. They neglected to reinstall the hot water heater's exhaust pipe to the unit thus allowing carbon monoxide to escape into the house until I caught it two days later. When I did discover the error I went to open the basement windows and discovered they had cemented them shut! To their credit they acted on it quickly, without argument, and rectified the situation. It was a careless and dangerous mistake for a company that supposedly does this type of work on a daily basis, so I will not be referring them to others searching for these services.

They were ultra professional and courteous from start to finish - performed an awesome job and gave me better than expected results. They covered everything with plastic, even created a protective barrier against fine dust leading to my 2nd floor. I never would have chosen this company if it were not for their wonderful representative, Inspector Patrick DeSantis, the face of Basement Waterproofing Services. He is the man - the epitome of professionalism! I interviewed three companies in total before deciding to go with Basement Waterproofing Specialists.
