Never analyzed my lawn for treatment, just generic weed killer. Can't treat basic crabgrass! Lost count how many times they've treated for crabgrass. Last time they were here, my lawn was burned! Never using them again!

Service has deteriorated badly. They are given a phone number to all so we can arrange access to our yard (which has a security gate). They do not call most times, yesterday they were supposed to do a service, they did not I called up and equipment was broken, we rescheduled for Monday. This morning I woke up to find an email saying they had done a service. There was no sign that they had been here, either a work ticket or a flag on the lawn. Additionally they did notcall as they were supposed to. They then said they could redo on the 25th instead of on the 22 as they said yesterday. This is about the third time in the last month that they screwed up. I am switching

They didn't do what agreed on, it was to be done every 4 weeks. The kept coming earlier and ended up being every2 weeks. Very pricy if every 2 weeks. Even after I cancelled they kept sending invoices
