Our neighborhood is serviced by the TruGreen franchise in Franklin, MA. This franchise hires one of the worst technicians in the Industry. They are careless, with zero attention to detail and service fraction of the lawn with the result the lawn usually looks bad. The Technicians print receipts even before they begin the job. Nothing wrong with TruGreen per se, but it is this Franklin, MA based franchise that is a problem which is quite unfortunate. I have had stellar results with TruGreen in a different State.

Initially I was concerned with their low ratings, I talked to sales and they said they have been in business for 50 years and they have the most client. They sold me everything. I told them that I need to talk to some one to show them the boundaries of my home and understand the services. It s just a show for folks that are not home. They left two flags in my front lawn. No one checked my yard which were siting at. I called to complain and the person told that they upload everything on line so I could see what they had done! I told them I was sitting there no one showed up in my back yard. She said that because of the COVID they don t make contact! I said I live by a golf course do you where lawn ends? She said they have maps! I said please cancel my service and don t charge me. She said but the work order is there! I said where was the work done? She said in your yard. I said I was in the yard. Ok I better stop here.
