TruGreen is s company does not listen to its client when it comes to scheduling an appointment. I have tried several times to schedule an appointment after 3 PM so that I talk to them about what will be the plans for my back yard but every time it is scheduled for a one-time face-to-face appointment they will show up at a totally different time. So at this time, I fired them.

A sales rep came to inspect my front lawn and I agreed to their service. An appointment was made for a crew to come and treat my front lawn, they never showed. When I called, the person who answered the phone stated the crew left because my dog was in the front yard. I DON'T HAVE A DOG!! This was on a Friday afternoon. I think the crew just wanted to knock off early to get a few beers and that's the best excuse they could think of. I emphatically cancelled my service.

TruGreens service is fine when they actually make time for you as a customer. My aeration was delayed a month after being rescheduled 3 times. Never called or let me know on the date of scheduled service they were not coming after not showing up. Customer service skills at TruGreen are the worst.
