They will come back free of charge if you still see any mosquitoes.
I am just beginning this service and will write another review once it begins, but the customer service lady, Dawn was very nice and helpful. She made the process of singing up easy!
The gentleman on the phone was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions regarding timeline, resources and budgeting. He took the time to explain at length the impact having our lawn treated would have on our pet, none after the two hour wait on all treated surfaces. They are in the process of treating my lawn for the first time so I am unable to determine if they met the expectations I have for the company as of yet.
They are a one stop shop for every plant/tree outside my home.
They came in immediately on first call and for signing up new service but since that day, and today, it's been 2 weeks with no one picking up a call or replying to text messages. I am definitely going to dispute the money I paid and look for some other better customer service.
After signing up for one of their packages, my first two services were scheduled for the same day. I downloaded the app and was generally pleased with the ease with which I had signed up and received information. I even got to the minute updates for when my technician would be out to my home. With this information in hand, I stepped out to grab some lunch with plenty of time to get home before TruGreen arrived. As I was about five minutes from my driveway, the TruGreen app notifies me that the technician has arrived early. I have security cameras installed at my home, so I checked the camera and, sure enough, the TruGreen truck was sitting in the road in front of my house. As I was pulling up to my home, just 5 minutes later, the TruGreen truck was gone, and I have a notification from the app that my service has been completed, and I have been charged. Checking the security cameras around my home, it was perfectly clear that they did NOT render service, and simply charged me for work that was never done! The app asked me to provide feedback regarding my service, giving me the opportunity to request that someone call me to discuss my issue, which I immediately did. I still have not received that call. I called the 800 number to complain and asked that a manager call me to discuss what is essentially grounds for a lawsuit. How often do people without cameras get swindled by this place? I was told that a request for a manager to call was submitted, my service fee was credited, and that a technician would be out two days later to complete the service. Remember I said that I'd had two services scheduled for the same day? The other technician was supposed to be out for a lime treatment between 7 am and 12 pm. At 4 pm, I called the 800 number again to find out where he was. I was told that he was sent a text message with instructions to contact me directly to let me know when he'd arrive. I never received a call. I submitted another request for a manager to call me. I called another two hours later to let them know that their technician had not shown up and requested again that a manager call me. I still have not gotten a call. The next day, a TruGreen technician shows up at my door, unannounced and unscheduled, to complete the treatment I was charged for the day before. He was patient and understood my frustration, and offered to call his manager and request that he call me, but that was it. He sprayed for weeds in my lawn, explained the process for the additional services, but was otherwise unable to give me the expected HealthyLawn Assessment because "this was no longer my first service," and could do no more than assure me that I would not be charged for the services rendered that day. I called a few hours later to reach a manager and was told that another request for a call was put in. I was then informed, unlike my other attempts to reach a manager, that their response time was 24-48 hours. Seeing as how this was attempt four to reach a man
.
They were great.
