Very prompt they text you the day before application. My lawn looks good they always give you tips and feed back for your lawn I only get weed service and my lawn looks good. The only thing I can say negative is they do allot of marketing calls to get you to take other services which can be annoying but its a business and that's just a small annoyance for the other good service on my lawn and any customer service I need gets taken care of promply

I use this service for 2 properties. The billing gets mixed up every year when I pre pay for a discount & needs a phone call to straighten it out.

This is a big company, they have a call center and push a little too much for me. A local person called and was very nice and reasonable. They did the first treatment of the lawn around 10:00 at 11:30 there was a torrential downpour. I'm pretty sure that the application was washed away? I will contact them.

TruGreen was treating my lawn last year and I was not totally satisfied, so I terminated my service. They could not control all the weeds in my yard. Namely crab grass. It was recommended that I go out and purchase chemicals to kill the crab grass. I did. This year I decided to give them a second chance and I made the wrong decision to continue with their service. I will NOT hire this company in the future.
