Since hiring these guys we have had nothing but trouble. They can't get their act together. They say one thing and do another. Make promises that they don't do. Our service man can't spell or remember your name even after telling him several times while you're talking to him. He gets all information mixed up. He has been a pain to deal with. I was going to get a mosquito plan but after so much hassle I cancelled it. They call me all the time to schedule appointments for things not in my plan. I should have gone with another company.

The customer service folks are a little aggressive in the packages they try to get you to buy, but they people they send to your lawn are great.

TruGreen gave their estimate quickly and was competitively priced. The company is also very responsive to customer calls. So far the lawn treatments appear to be effective, but we have hired TruGreen in the past and were already familiar with their quality.

Charges more than they said they would. Did not do what they said they would for my lawn. Actually killed patches of healthy grass while not killing weeds.
