I had the aeration service with TruGreen. When I paid the service the sale agent promised me that the service will be done when I am at home to show where my sprinkler heads are and also the tech would not forget the strip land between my backyard fence and driveway. But The Tru Green tech showed too early and forgot the notes that sales agent had put on my account. The Tech did a shallow work, afraid to break my sprinkler heads and forgot to aerate the striplands that I had mentioned.

Be prepared that it is difficult to schedule exact times and dates for work to be completed. They will suddenly text you that they are coming the next day, which is often inconvenient or I am absent.

First year with them; eight appointments and only three applications. Weeds galore through all applications. Left dead bugs in a plastic bag on my door as an upsell. Terrible company and service.
