Their marketing person (Russ) told a good story but nothing turned as promised and he disappeared into the woodwork....no one in the company knew of him and trying to contact someone within the company to address my issues was next to impossible. The only efficient activity they conducted was charge my account immediately before I was advised as to what service they provided! Sad state of affairs for a national business. I tried contacting management (John Prather) whom did not bother to return my call..... Customer service is the worst!!

The company does good work but their pricing is irregular and not transparent. If you call for a local rep to look at your lawn, the call center comes in first and offers you the package that is more than twice as expensive than that offered by your local representative, who knows your lawn. The product quality is very, very good.

I just hired them, so I can't give a detailed review yet. It's been about 6 weeks since hiring TruGreen and want to mention this: Called customer service about a possible application on my two maple trees which are being infested by the notorious lantern flies. These flies have red wings when flying but are only grey when crawling o the bark. They passed my information on to a manager and was told he didn't really know what they were. He said he would pass the info on to a salesperson(who should know what they are). Not sure what that means. It's been two days now and no call back. Meanwhile my maple trees are totally infested and the lantern flies are eating away at the bark. Maybe I made a mistake hiring these people.

Too soon to see the results. Marketing is quick in getting your money. A tad bit expensive for what they do but I thought I'd give it a try. Lets see how the lawn looks next year. Then I'll know whether it is worth the money spent for a townhouse lawn!
